As Independent Financial Advisers we are free to advise on financial products from a range of providers. We simplify the administration and aim to make your staff feel valued.

Our process:

  • We use advanced computer software to research, compare and recommend suitable deals currently available
  • We can work together with HR and Finance Directors to review the Company’s benefits packages and requirements
  • The first one-hour consultation is free and you are under no obligation
  • Depending on your instructions we may carry out a needs analysis
  • We advise you on suitable schemes available to you
  • All our proposals will be fully explained and costed so that you'll know exactly what and why before you agree to anything
  • Solutions will be tailored according to your Company's current needs, circumstances and budget
  • We continue to administer the scheme in conjunction with the provider to minimize the hassle factor to you
  • We have invested in technology so that documents can be sent in PDF format, ensuring that they are quickly and securely available to the individual or the company. Hard copies are also available if preferred.

We also offer employees the option of a personal meeting to discuss their personal finances, even if they are not based at Head Office. This often reduces the management time required by the HR and Finance Departments, may reduce complaints regarding employee benefits and enables us to emphasize the value of the benefits package.
